This includes (but is not limited to) access to all Lists from the Crown Courts except for the public Daily Courtroom Lists; and the Court List archives.
You must register to receive authorisation for full access to the website and its associated e-mail services. All information entered in the registration form is kept in strictest confidence on a secure computer system.
No part of your registration information will be used or sold to other companies.
If any of the data we hold in relation to you is inaccurate, we undertake to update the relevant data records within one business day of being informed by you.
With the exception of the publically available Court and Tribunal Lists on this website, Courtel operates this website and the services available though it in accordance with the Eighth Principle of the Data Protection Act. Courtel does not provide subscription services (free or paid for) or access to the List Archives to individuals or organisations outside of the European Economic Area.
Your Consent
When you order, we need to know your name, your postal address, your e-mail address and your credit card details. This allows us to process and fulfil your order. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Courtel Communications.
Your Protection
When you place orders or request information from Courtel Communications, we offer the use of a secure server operated by WorldPay (a division of Royal Bank of Scotland Group). Currently, our website does not employ the use of cookies but when it does so it will use such cookies to record the identity of a registered user so you will not need to login each time you return to the site. The cookie is stored on your computer and records your user number but not any personal information (such as your login name or password). The web site uses this information to retrieve your own personal profile each time you return to the site.
